If you miss your delivery the carrier will normally leave a card with alternative delivery options for you to choose from. Typically, they will offer to attempt re delivery on a day of your choosing or leave the package in a pre-arranged safe location. You can return your order to us if the product is unopened and the packaging is undamaged. Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse they will be inspected and if found to be in acceptable condition a refund will be confirmed by email and issued to you within 14 days of the date of the approval of the return. Yes, the treats are suitable for all ages, breeds and sizes of dogs. Please be aware the treats should not be fed to puppies under 16 weeks or pregnant or nursing dogs. Yes, the products can be used together. However, it is worth noting that due to some functional similarities between the Itch Relief & Immunity Treats and the Pre. Pro & Postbiotic Treats there are some common ingredients in these products. Therefore, it is best to feed the product that is most suitable for your dog’s prominent issue when considering which of them is best for your dog.
