At WOOFWUFF™ Pet Care, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Below is a detailed overview of our shipping policy to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us:
1. Shipping service
FREE UK Shipping – Tracked 48 hours delivery on all orders.
Tracking: Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please use this tracking code to check the status of your order.
Delivery Time: Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm will be despatched same day and orders placed after 2pm will be despatched next business day. Please note that processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Overseas shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping to customers outside of the UK.
2. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one business day. If there are any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Special Instructions
If you have any specific delivery instructions or need to make special arrangements, please let us know when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
4. Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery times, there may be rare occasions where external factors cause delays. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will keep you informed every step of the way. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
5. Lost packages
If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim to support@woofwuffpetcare.com within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if it is confirmed that the shipping address you provided was correct. It is also advisable to get in touch with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to try to find the lost order.
Please note: If the tracking information states that an order was delivered but you have not received it, we cannot take responsibility and reship the order. Any replacements in such cases would have to be at the customer’s expense.
6. Order returned to sender
If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered to your address, but it was unclaimed, the shipment will normally be returned to our warehouse.
Please note: New shipping charges will be applied for orders that were unclaimed or had an incorrect address originally provided.
7. Returns
