RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your WOOFWUFF™ Pet Care item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The jar’s seal must be unbroken.
- The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible returns receive a full product refund, minus the initial £5.24 shipping fee.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
· Email us at support@woofwuffpetcare.com with:
- Your order number
- The address you are sending the return from
· If your return is approved, we will send you:
- A return shipping label (you will need to print this)
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
· You will need to return the items within 14 days giving you a total of 28 days to complete the return process.
Important: Do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card provider may require extra processing time before the refund appears.
· A refund will be issued to you within 14 days of approval of the refund.

5. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
This allows us to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Complete the standard return process.
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
7. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Supplements Only)
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on our dog supplements range.
If you use the treats daily for 90 days and are not satisfied with the results, we will refund your original purchase.
Please note:
- The guarantee applies to one opened jar per household.
- Additional unopened jars may be returned separately for a standard refund.
- Refund requests outside the 90-day window will not be accepted.
- Consistent daily use is required for the guarantee to apply.
8. Guarantee Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if:
- Your pet does not like the taste or smell.
(Please note: Treats can be crumbled into food or hidden in other foods without reducing effectiveness) - Your pet has an allergy to any ingredient listed on the website or product label.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients before use. - You contact us more than 90 days after receiving your order.
